Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.
Free shipping promotions (if active) will be automatically applied at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Calaa is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at our customer support email.
Lost or Stuck Packages
Once your package has been scanned by the mail carrier, it is in their possession and responsibility.
If your tracking number shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact your local USPS/UPS office to open an inquiry.
We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item.

If any items in your order are marked as preorder, your full order will ship together once the preorder item is ready.
